Tribute to Dr Martin Luther King, Jr

Willie Flowers, president of the Howard County NAACP, presented last week at Fort Meade’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Observance. President Flowers gave an overview of the origins of the civil rights organization and highlights of King’s service as the prominent voice and leader of the civil rights movement.
